AI in Action Program Refund Policy
Refund PolicyAI in Action is a self-paced digital program delivered through the Circle platform. By purchasing the program, the Participant confirms that they have read and agreed to this Refund Policy, as well as the applicable Privacy Policy and program terms, as well as agree to create a Circle profile and provide their real first name, last name, and email address, which will be used for the certificate.
A) Eligibility for Refund
1. Cancellation within 14 days
The Participant may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the payment date by submitting a written request via email to support@womengotech.lt.
2. Immediate unenrollment upon refund
If a refund request is approved, the Participant will be immediately unenrolled from the program and will lose access to all program materials, activities, and content hosted on the Circle platform.
3. Digital access notice
If the Participant is granted immediate access to digital program content after purchase, refund rights may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. This clause should be applied only if the checkout flow clearly captures the Participant’s express consent to immediate access and acknowledgment of any effect on withdrawal rights.
B) Ineligibility for Refund
The Participant is not entitled to a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
the refund request is submitted after the 14-day cancellation period;
the Participant does not use the program, does not complete the materials, or decides not to continue for personal reasons;
the Participant is unable to complete the program before the access period ends;
the Participant does not use or chooses not to continue with third-party tools or trial plans referenced in the program;
the Participant is removed from the program due to a breach of the Women Go Tech Code of Conduct.
C) Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted by email to support@womengotech.lt.
To help us process the request faster, the Participant should include:
full name,
email address used for registration,
date of payment,
and the reason for the refund request.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 calendar days of the refund request being received. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No additional refund processing fee will be charged.
D) Effect of Refund
Once a refund is processed:
the Participant’s access to the Circle platform and all program materials will be removed;
the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive a certificate of completion for the program.
E) Policy Modifications
Women Go Tech reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on the website and will apply from the stated effective date.
For clarity, updated versions of the policy should apply to new purchases made after the effective date, unless a change is required by applicable law.
F) Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Acceleration Program Refund Policy
A) Eligibility for RefundThe Participant is entitled to a full refund of the fee paid for the service under the following conditions: 1. Cancellation Within 14 Days
• The Participant may cancel their agreement within 14 calendar days of signing it (the date payment is made).
• The Participant must notify the Service Provider of their intention to cancel in writing (via email) within this 14-day period. 2. Mentor Unavailability
• If the assigned mentor does not respond and the Participant is unable to schedule the first meeting, the Participant must inform the Service Provider within 14 calendar days of the official match date.
• The Service Provider will attempt to assign a replacement mentor. If the Participant does not wish to accept the replacement, or if no suitable replacement is found, the Participant may withdraw from the program and request a full refund.
• When a new mentor is suggested, the Participant must accept or decline within 7 calendar days. Failure to respond within this period will be considered a decline, and the Participant will be removed from the program.
3. Immediate Unenrollment
• Upon approval of a refund request, the Participant will be immediately unenrolled from the program and will lose access to all program materials and activities. B) Ineligibility for Refund
The Participant is not entitled to a full or partial refund in the following circumstances: • If the Participant cancels their participation after the 14-day cancellation period for personal reasons.
• If the Participant fails to complete the required mentoring sessions (e.g., 12 hours in a 6-month program) or does not participate in other program activities.
• If the Participant does not express dissatisfaction with their mentor within 7 calendar days of a session.
• If the Participant fails to communicate effectively with the mentor or the organizer, or if the mentor reports dissatisfaction with the Participant’s attitude or commitment.
• If the Participant reschedules or cancels mentoring sessions more than three times, as reported by the mentor, the Participant may be removed from the program without a refund.
• If the Participant breaches the Women Go Tech Code of Conduct, they may be removed from the program unilaterally and are not eligible for a refund. C) Refund Process • All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@womengotech.lt.
• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the refund request.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund. D) Policy Modifications The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
