Refund policy

Discovery Program Refund Policy 1) The Participant is entitled to a refund of the full fee paid for the provision of the service if the participant decides that they no longer wish to participate in the program if their case falls under all of the following conditions:  The participant decides to cancel the participation within 14 days of the purchase.  The participant has viewed not more than ⅓ part of the content. The participant must let the service provider know they want to cancel within the 14-day time frame. After receiving the refund request, the participant is immediately unenrolled from the course and loses all access to program materials.  2) The Participant is not entitled to a full or partial refund for the provision of the service in the following cases: If the participant doesn’t express their dissatisfaction with the program within two weeks (14 calendar days) of the program; If the participant has expressed their dissatisfaction with the program but viewed more than ⅓ part of the program; If the service provider is informed that the participant breached the Women Go Tech Code of Conduct (can be found here), they may be removed from the program unilaterally. The service provider reserves the right not to align its refund policy with the Teachable learning platform.  All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@womengotech.lt. The service provider reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be announced on our website and will become effective immediately upon the announcement.
Acceleration Program Refund Policy 1) The Participant is entitled to a refund of the full fee paid for the provision of the service if the participant decides that they no longer wish to participate in the program under the following conditions:   The participant decides to cancel the agreement within 14 days of signing it. In this case, the participant must let the service provider know they want to cancel within the 14-day time frame. Placing an order and making the payment is considered making an agreement with the service provider. If the mentor with whom the participant has matched is not responding and the participant is not able to have the first meeting. In this case, the participant must inform the service provider no later than 14 calendar days after the official start of the program which is the day that the Opening Event takes place. If the service provider is not able to find a replacement or the participant does not wish to accept it, the participant can withdraw from the program. When a new mentor is suggested the participant should accept/decline within 7 calendar days. If the service provider doesn’t receive an answer it will be considered that the participant has declined the new mentor and they will be removed from the program. The participant must let the service provider know they want to cancel within the 14-day time frame. After receiving the refund request, the participant is immediately unenrolled from the course and loses all access to program materials.  2) The Participant is not entitled to a full or partial refund for the provision of the service in the following cases: In case the participant wants to terminate the participation in the program earlier, but after confirmation of participation has been made and the fee was paid,  due to personal reasons. If the participant does not complete all suggested mentoring sessions within the program duration (e.g. 12 mentoring hours in a 6-month program), and/or does not participate in other program activities. If the participant doesn’t express their dissatisfaction with the mentor within one week (7 calendar days) of the session. If the participant fails to communicate effectively with the mentor and/or the organizer, or if the mentor is dissatisfied with the mentee’s attitude and commitment. If the service provider receives a complaint from the mentor that the participant rescheduled or canceled mentoring sessions more than three times, they may be removed from the program. If the service provider is informed that the participant breached the Women Go Tech Code of Conduct (can be found here), they may be removed from the program unilaterally. All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@womengotech.lt. If you are eligible for a refund, we will return the money no later than 14 days after receiving the refund request. Your refund will be processed in the same way that the order was, without an additional refund fee. The service provider reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
