Regarding purely technical side: 5+ years in automotive RnD and testing (ESD, climatic, mechanical), testing equipment design and also hands-on building. Recent experience in automated manufacturing plant, while testing and analyzing product qualities, limits, manufacturing imperfections, etc… The “soft skills”: 2+ years of technical customer support, communication in various levels, customer visits (solving issues, presenting our tech. products), internal challenges in trying to find the optimum way tech teams can interact in the company (processes, projects, etc..)
