This program is perfect for you if you are thinking about a career in tech and don’t know where to start or if you already are in the tech world but need to deepen your knowledge. This program is a great knowledge tool that will help you choose a new career path and answer the most important questions: what is Front-end, Back-end, and Cyber Security about? Is this profession for me? What can I do to start a career in tech?
We welcome women who are any age (18-60+ years old women participate in this program!) or are based in any location in the EU.

Discovery Program includes:

• 10 expert sessions about the most popular tech specialties 
• 1 overview episode of most-in-demand coding languages
• Q&A sessions with industry experts
• Tips and tricks on how to land your first job in tech
• Like-minded women’s community who start the journey with you
• Certificate of your readiness to go tech!

The program will start on the 28th of March and last for 8 weeks. Lectures and other content will be published 2 times a week. Please note, that you absolutely do not need to watch the sessions right when they come out, because all the videos (prerecorded and live broadcasts) will be waiting for you on our learning platform for watching at any time that is convenient for you.

All program activities are held in English. The program is international and our participants and experts come from various different countries around the world! All of the program sessions are subtitled to Ukrainian, Polish, Czech, and English languages. Unfortunately, we don’t provide other subtitle languages at the moment.

Succeeding in the tech world and building a career is much easier if you speak and understand English. Most of the newest industry materials, courses, and books are in English, international tech companies are looking for employees who are fluent in English as well. Do not worry if your skills aren’t perfect or you haven’t used them for a while – soon you will revive your knowledge and it’ll be a great help for your future career!

Women residing in European Union or Ukraine are welcome to join the Discovery Program. At Women Go Tech, we are committed to providing equal access to opportunities in tech for all regardless of background or country of origin. Unfortunately, due to the current political situation in Russia and Belarus, we cannot accept applicants from those countries at this time. The war in Ukraine and the Moscow regime’s policies are antithetical to our values and we cannot in good conscience condone or support these oppressive practices by accepting applicants from Russia and Belarus. However, we welcome applications from individuals who have left their home countries because they do not support the regime or policies of their government.

All communication with program participants is done either via our learning platform – Teachable or via email. We advise you to check your inbox regularly (do not forget to check the spam folder as well).

Yes. All participants can download a certificate of completion at the end of the course. You have to finish watching all course materials in order to proceed to this step.

Discovery Program is the Atrask Technologijas Program under a new name. If you have participated in this program already, we recommend that now you apply what you have learned and take the next step by taking a coding course, learning for a certificate, or maybe even applying for an internship! If you feel like you already have taken some steps towards your career in tech, but still need some guidance, you are welcome to join our Acceleration Program.

All of the program’s activities take place on our online learning platform – Teachable.

You will be able to watch all content on our learning platform either on a computer or an iPhone. However, we do recommend that you use a computer for the best user experience.

After completing the registration you will be able to review course materials. Thus far, we only present you with the main information, and from the 28th of March, you will be officially participating in the Discovery Program! A detailed schedule will be published at the beginning of the program.

If you already have a Teachable account, simply log in with your existing account details after purchasing the program ticket.

If your economic situation does not allow you to purchase a 30 EUR +VAT ticket for the program, do not worry. Tech companies such as Accenture, Nord Security, Revel Systems, and Melsoft have provided scholarships for those in need. Please fill out the main application form and follow the scholarship application instructions stated in the confirmation message.

Information on scholarship criteria is collected after registering to participate in the Discovery Program. The decision on whether to allocate a scholarship is made by a Women Go Tech team member, a board member, and an external reviewer. You will be informed about your scholarship status on the 28th of March via email. All women who will not receive a scholarship will have a chance to purchase a program ticket.

No. All Ukrainian women (who are based in Ukraine or any other EU country) automatically qualify for free participation in the program. They do not need to do any additional actions, our support team will send you registration instructions via email. This usually takes up to 5 business days.

After the program payment, all participants automatically receive an invoice. If you don’t receive it or the information in your invoice is wrong, please contact us at support@womengotech.lt

1. You can make a purchase and payment by yourself and ask your company for compensation for learning & development expenses. In this case, we are not able to issue an invoice in the company’s name.
2. If the invoice under the company’s name is needed, please, ask your company to contact us at support@womengotech.com for the purchase, before making the payment.

You have the right to cancel your participation and receive the full refund within 14 days after starting the Discovery Program. We will return the money no later than 30 days after receiving the refund request. Your refund will be processed in the same way that the order was, without an additional refund fee.
