1. Apply & Get Selected:
• Fill out the application (takes about 15 minutes).
• Selection is based on motivation, experience, and career goals.

2. Match with a Mentor
• Find a mentor aligned with your career goals.
• Set up your first strategy session and career roadmap.

3. Attend Career & Leadership Sessions
• Twelve+ mentoring hours over six months.
• HR consultations on salary, CVs, and market trends.
• Exclusive events with industry leaders and hiring managers.

4. Apply What You Learn & Get Career Support
• Work on real-world projects and leadership challenges.
• Get feedback on your portfolio, CV, and job interviews.
• Expand your network and gain referrals.

5. Graduate & Level Up
• Complete the program and earn your Certificate of Career Advancement.

Time Commitment

Two to three hours per month for mentoring

One and a half hours for HR consultations

Five+ hours per week for independent learning and projects
