During the 6-month tech mentorship program, you will engage in regular meetings with your personal mentor, an experienced professional in your selected field. Additionally, you will participate in networking activities and monthly events.
Key topics for this cohort include:
- Strategies for setting goals and maximizing the benefits of mentorship.
- Essential skills and certifications required to launch a career as a Front-end Developer, Back-end Developer, or QA Specialist.
- Collaboration across disciplines in software development projects.
- Addressing the unique challenges encountered by specialists in the field and implementing strategies to overcome them.
- Crafting a compelling tech portfolio.
- Enhancing your CV and preparing for interviews.
- The role of AI in Software Development and Quality Assurance.
Participants are selected on a rolling basis during each admissions period, with applications reviewed as received. Once the program fills up, later new applications are waitlisted.
We assess applications based on the following criteria:
- Motivational Alignment: We check if your goals match our program’s objectives.
- Preparedness: We evaluate your knowledge and efforts in your chosen tech field.
- Mentorship Outcomes: We assess your mentorship goals and their fit with our mentors’ capabilities.
- English Proficiency: We gauge your clarity and comprehension in English communication.

Submit your application: Fill out an application form about your professional background, goals and motivation. We will review and get back with a decision within a few weeks
Pay for the program: Pay the participation fee of 199 euros.
Set up your profile: Log in to program’s platform to add your mentoring preferences and set your goals.
Start the program: Now you’re ready to start the program and find your mentor.
Begin your journey
Get ready for a transformational journey: Attend Acceleration Program mentorship training sessions and networking sessions with our alumni, mentors and fellow mentees.
Find your mentor and hold regular meetings: Use our smart algorithm to find your perfect mentor match and connect for a 6-months-long mentoring relationship.
