For the past 4 years, I have been working in the UX/User Research field. Both as consultant in startups and established companies. At my current position, I am more working as a User Researcher. I work in a multi-cultural environment, this really opened my eyes to how each individual is unique. This brought more compassion and empathy towards my colleagues and also my self. Deeper connections, being heard, empathy, and seeing purpose in your work somethings that I see is more and more thrives on people.
