I have been working in product engineering for 14 years. I gained various experience in quality and process management, application of continuous improvement practices, team leadership. It’s time to share this experience and show how exciting and dynamic this activity is. I admire the brave people who are looking and not standing still, putting extra effort into guiding them and helping them find their way. And through this experience, I try to analyze myself and understand what else I have to learn, where I can find meaning. Therefore, in this project as well, I hope to expand my circle of acquaintances and learn something new and inspire women who are brave for change.
