From the very first steps in my business analysis and product management career 15 years ago I knew that it’s my path with the ability to grow and make clients’ lives easier. I led various kinds of projects: from couple weeks of solutions to long-term (2-3 years) projects. For the last 4 years, I have led a product that brings a different experience and challenges for product management. After all this experience I can say that the main expectations from a business analyst/product owner are good problem solving, perfect prompt communication and amazing ability to translate client’s language to developer’s language.
