I’m in my 14th year in Adform, where the biggest part of this journey went into managing Analytics & Insights products, while for the past 2+ years I’m leading Product Managers. This last turn in my path allows me to combine the ever-strong passion for Product Management with the newly discovered love for leading and helping people grow. I will not lie, the Product Management path is hard, and I had a fair share of flops myself.
